With more than 20 years of professional design experience, Bartlomiej has built his career at the intersection of creativity, technology, and business strategy. Since entering the graphic design industry in 2005, he has expanded his expertise from traditional print and marketing materials into comprehensive brand development, digital experiences, advanced 3D production, and emerging AI-powered solutions.

His technical and creative background includes extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, more than 12 years in commercial and product photography, five years working with Blender, and two years using Unreal Engine. His 3D capabilities encompass modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, real-time environments, and cinematic visualization. He also brings considerable experience in web design, video editing, content production, and creative direction.

As CEO of Inovision Studios, Bartlomiej leads the company’s creative vision, business strategy, technological development, and client partnerships. His multidisciplinary experience allows him to oversee projects from initial concept and strategic planning through design, development, and final production.

Known for his attention to detail and commitment to innovation, Bartlomiej continually explores new technologies and creative methods that help businesses strengthen their brands, modernize their operations, and communicate more effectively.
