Machine Learning Engineer

Full-time $120,000 / year Warren, MI · Hybrid / Remote

Design, build, and ship the AI that powers our clients' products — LLM pipelines, model integrations, and the tooling around them. You'll work directly with the team that designs and deploys, turning research into things that ship.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship AI features into client products — LLM pipelines, RAG, model integrations, and the APIs around them.
  • Take prototypes to production: reliable, observable, and maintainable systems.
  • Build internal tooling that lets the studio ship AI faster.
  • Scope work with the founder and designers — decide what's worth building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (required).
  • Hands-on experience building with ML / AI — models, pipelines, or LLM integrations.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript / Node.
  • Strong software-engineering fundamentals: version control, testing, code review.
  • Some experience with marketing or growth tooling preferred.

  • Security- and privacy-first handling of client data.
  • Clear written communication; keep your work visible.
  • Reliable delivery against agreed scope and timelines.

SEO Blog Designer

Contract $7.50 per published post Remote

Research, write, and publish SEO-optimized blog posts for our clients' sites. We provide the tools and the training — you bring clear writing and consistency. This is a contract role, paid per published post.

What you'll do

  • Research, write, and publish SEO blog posts using our publishing tools.
  • Apply on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and alt text.
  • Match each client's brand voice and keep a consistent publishing cadence.

Requirements

  • Strong, clear, native-level English writing.
  • Interest in SEO and content marketing — we'll train you on the rest.
  • Reliable, consistent output.

Standards & expectations

  • Contract only — paid $7.50 per published blog post.
  • Posts must pass our SEO + quality checklist before they count as published.
  • Original, plagiarism-free, on-brand content.
