Who we are

What we do not do
We run no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar and no third-party advertising script on this site.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising or profiling.
What we collect, and when
We only collect information you type or upload yourself. Nothing on this list is gathered in the background.

Two things worth stating plainly
We record an IP address and browser user-agent with each contact form and job application. It is kept as a basic anti-abuse and audit record, not used to build a profile of you.
Job applications carry internal notes and a rating. When our team reviews an application they may record comments and a score against it. You can ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you.
Your CV
A CV is the most personal thing anyone sends us, so it gets its own paragraph. When you apply, the file you upload is stored on our private file storage and linked to your application record. It is visible to our team through our internal admin panel, which is behind a login. It is not published, not indexed by search engines, and not shared outside the studio.
Ask us to delete it and we will, along with the rest of your application.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of established providers to run the business. They process information on our behalf, under their own terms.
- Stripe — payments. Card details go to Stripe directly and never through our servers.
- Vercel — hosting and file storage.
- MongoDB Atlas — our database.
- Resend — sending email, such as your confirmation or receipt.
- Cloudinary — images shown on this site.
- Discord — an internal alert to our team when a new enquiry arrives, so someone sees it quickly. It carries your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are kept while they are useful to the relationship, and removed on request. Order and payment records are kept longer because we are required to keep accounting records. Course progress is kept for as long as your access lasts.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to do these things; we will honour the request either way rather than argue about which law applies.
Newsletter emails have an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Children
This site is meant for business customers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we change this page and move the date at the top. See also our Terms.
