Privacy Policy

Effective May 2026 · This document describes how Inovision Studios collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit our website or engage us for design work.

Overview

Inovision Studios (“Inovision,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you interact with inovision.vision, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to deliver our services and communicate with you professionally — nothing more.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

  • Contact details you submit via the contact form (name, email address, optional company name).
  • Inquiry content — the project description, timeline, budget, and any references you choose to include.
  • Engagement materials shared during a project (brand assets, copy, images, technical access credentials).

We also collect basic technical information automatically: IP address (last 90 days only, for spam protection), browser user-agent, and timestamps of submissions.

How We Use It

We use the information you provide to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential project.
  • Deliver the design work you've hired us for.
  • Send occasional updates about ongoing engagements (only while we're actively working together).
  • Protect the site and our clients from spam, abuse, and automated misuse.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We never sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Cookies & Tracking

This website uses a minimal set of cookies necessary to operate. Specifically: an HTTP-only session cookie when an authorized admin signs into the inquiry dashboard, and Next.js's standard preference cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site trackers.

Third Parties

We rely on a small number of well-established service providers to operate the site and run the business:

  • Hosting — Vercel or comparable infrastructure providers, used for hosting the website.
  • Payments — Stripe, used for invoicing active clients (not used by website visitors).
  • Email — your messages reach our standard business email; reply chains may be processed by Gmail or similar.

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices. We only share what's needed for them to do their job.

Your Rights

You may, at any time:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your information (we'll honor it unless we're legally required to retain something).
  • Withdraw consent for ongoing communications.

To exercise any of these rights, email idldesigns@hotmail.com. We respond within one business day.

Security

We follow reasonable industry practices to protect your information: encrypted transport (HTTPS) site-wide, HTTP-only cookies for authenticated sessions, encrypted storage of inquiry data, and strict access controls. No internet transmission is 100% secure, so we recommend not sending highly sensitive material through web forms.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the “Effective” date at the top will change. Material updates will be communicated to active clients directly.
